3 World Wonders 1 Tour
Communication: The communication exceeded my expectations, starting from the initial contact. The team was consistently available 24/7 to address any queries, or assistance needed, tailoring their responses according to my interests. Transfers: The transfers were well-organised with local agents. However, I suggest considering starting the tour either from Rio de Janeiro and ending in Cancun, or vice versa, to minimise the number of flight transfers to Lima, Peru. The multiple transfers to Lima, such as Lima to Cusco, Cusco to Lima, Lima to Rio, Rio to Lima, and Lima to Cancun, proved somewhat cumbersome. Tours: Overall, the tours were very good. However, I have some feedback regarding the Cancun Sightseeing Tour. There seemed to be an excessive emphasis on encouraging purchases of souvenirs or services from the Mayan community. Additionally, the introduction to the Mayan community felt like an attempt to extract money from tourists in exchange for an 'authentic' local experience. For instance, after the Mayan welcome introduction, we were directed to a souvenir store to purchase items, followed by a chocolate introduction and photo opportunities with tips. I hope that future tours will place less emphasis on such purchases, and instead go directly to Chichén Itzá and Cenote. Hotels: The hotel accommodations were excellent, strategically located in the city center, facilitating easy movement to and from the hotel. Value for money: As a solo traveler, I compared this tour with others, and it turned out to be the most value for money option.
