    Day 1

    day 1 ARRIVE MADRID

    Arrive in Madrid, the mysterious capital of Spain, renowned for its frantic pace, classical architecture, and gorgeous parks and plazas. Transfer to the hotel, and you can explore at your own pace the rest of the day. Be sure to go out after dark to take in the incredible atmosphere of Madrid, which is known for its fantastic culinary scene and lively nightlife. 

    Stay for the night in Madrid.

    Day 2

    day 2 MADRID CITY SIGHTS

    After breakfast, today you'll learn about the history of the Royal Palace of Madrid and the Spanish monarchy. You'll also skip the long lines and visit the opulent state rooms and grand private apartments of the largest royal palace in western Europe.

    Day 3

    day 3 MADRID - SEVILLE

    Madrid to Seville by bus, Check out of the hotel after breakfast and make your way to the bus station to catch the bus to Seville. When you get there, go back to the hotel. Rest up before going to the Cathedral and Giralda: Today, see the historical buildings and El Giraldillo, skip the long lines at one of Seville's most famous monuments, take in the views of Seville from La Giralda Tower, and see Christopher Columbus' tomb.

    Day 4

    day 4 SEVILLE - CORDOBA - SEVILLE

    Today, after breakfast, take a fascinating full-day tour from Seville to Cordoba to see the city's architectural and cultural treasures. Admire the Moorish splendor of the architecture as you wander the Jewish Quarter's narrow alleys. Visit one of Spain's few remaining synagogues and take in the religious splendor of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba. With a knowledgeable guide and a priority access pass, you can learn more about the city's Islamic history and have a stress-free visit. Return back to Seville.

    day 5 SEVILLE - GRANADA

    Check out of the hotel after breakfast, then go to the bus station to take the bus to Granada. Once there, proceed to the hotel. Later, rest for a while.     day 6 GRENADA - VALENCIA

    Bus from Granada to Valencia, after breakfast, check out of the hotel and go to the bus station to take the bus to Valencia. When you get there, go to your hotel. Rest up before going on a bike tour. Bike with a local guide around the quaint streets of Valencia's historic city centre. Discover magnificent structures like Valencia's Cathedral. A 2- or 3-hour group bike trip is an option, or you may take a 3-hour private tour and tailor it to see the Valencian sites you want to see. Ride your bike to the Tria River and check out its lovely garden. Pass through the Palau de la Msica and Gulliver's enormous playground from the Gulliver's Travels novel.     Day 7

    day 7 VALENCIA - BARCELONA

    Valencia to Barcelona by train After breakfast, check out of the hotel and make your way to the train station to catch the train to Barcelona. When you arrive, check-in to the hotel. Rest of the evening is at leisure.

    Day 8

    day 8 BARCELONA SIGHTSEEING

    At the hotel, breakfast.Take a morning tour of Barcelona to learn about the city's varied past. To see Gaudi's modernist architecture, such as La Pedrera and Casa Mila, stroll the wide, leafy avenues of the Eixample neighborhood. Take a hike up the hills of Montjuc to see the impressive Olympic Village and the historic port. The well-known Columbus Monument and the contemporary Olympic Port are two additional highlights. You have the afternoon to explore Barcelona at your own pace. Go shopping on Passeig de Gracia or check out some of the amazing museums and art galleries in the city. Stay the night in Barcelona.

    Day 9

    day 9 BARCELONA - AIRPORT FOR YOUR RETURN / ONWARD FLIGHT

    Your Wanderful Tour of Spain ends today, after breakfast, morning is at leisure later check-out from hotel and you will transferred  to Barcelona airport according to your flight time.

    Sister trip to Spain

    My sister and I booked a 9-day tour to Spain and the company was very helpful and communicative from the start. We covered a lot of ground, 5 cities, and the transfers and accommodations were convenient (with one exception) and comfortable. Our local guide did a fantastic job, setting the group up with local experts for specific sites, arranging meals, and advising us on where to go during our free time, as well as offering optional extras. Our group was truly international, and quite friendly. Although it took a long time to receive answers to some questions in the weeks before our trip, I am rating Wanderfull Holidays 5 Stars because when we did have a couple of problems, they were responsive and connected us with the people “on the ground,” I had not realized that the company is more of a travel agency than a tour operator, so I had to adjust my expectations, but the planning and real-time support were professional and reassuring
