day 1 DELHI ARRIVAL
Arrival at Delhi airport. Transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2
day 2 DELHI SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast at hotel, head for a full day guided tour which includes visit to sights both in Old Delhi & New Delhi. Start in Raj Ghat at the memorial dedicated to the Mahatma Gandhi, then visit the imposing red sandstone fort called the Red Fort, followed by a ride in a cycle rickshaw in the crowded but interesting market of Chandni Chowk.
Second part of the tour will involve visiting New Delhi - including Lutyen's Delhi that comprises of the British colonial President's House, and a World War I memorial arch called India Gate. Later in the day visit Mughal emperor Humayun's Tomb, the Qutub Minar (India's tallest stone tower) and a more modern Lotus Temple, so named because of its flower shaped structure. After the tour, return to your hotel. Overnight at your hotel in Delhi.
Day 3
day 3 DELHI TO JAIPUR BY ROAD
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Jaipur by road. Famously known as "The Pink city", due to the color of houses that were painted pale pink in 1853 to welcome the Prince of Wales. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel. Afternoon is at leisure. Later in the evening, witness a sound & light show at the Amer Fort - depicting the history and traditions of the regional Rajputana culture. Return to your hotel. Overnight at your hotel in Jaipur.
Day 4
day 4 JAIPUR SIGHTSEEING
Breakfast at hotel. Today you visit Amer Fort for sightseeing. Located on a hilltop, this 16th century fort looks quite formidable with its imposing walls and ramparts. Thereafter, return to city limits to visit the City Palace, Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory, Hawa Mahal (The palace of Winds) & Jal Mahal (The palace on Water). After the tour, return to your hotel. Overnight at your hotel in Jaipur.
Day 5
day 5 JAIPUR TO AGRA BY ROAD
After breakfast, transfer to Agra by road. The highlight of the visit is to see one of the Seven Wonders of the Word - the Taj Mahal - a monument that stands tall as a pristine symbol of eternal love. Also visit the impressive Agra Fort. Check-in and overnight at your hotel in Agra.
Day 6
day 6 AGRA TO KHAJURAHO BY FLIGHT
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Agra airport to catch flight to Khajuraho. On arrival in Khajuraho, transfer and overnight at hotel.
Day 7
day 7 KHAJURAHO SIGHTSEEING
Breakfast at hotel. Then proceed to tour the fascinating western group of temples. These temples are famous for their intricate sculptures with sensuous carvings dating back from the 8th century AD! Return to hotel and overnight in Khajuraho.
Day 8
day 8 KHAJURAHO TO VARANASI BY FLIGHT
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Khajuraho airport to catch flight to Varanasi (Benares). On arrival in Varanasi, transfer and overnight at hotel.
Day 9
day 9 VARANASI SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, excursion to Sarnath (9 kms) where Buddha preached his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Later in the afternoon, proceed for a tour of Varanasi city and visit Bharat Mata Temple. Tulsi Manas Temple, & the centuries old Banaras Hindu University. Later in the evening, witness a mesmerizing Aarti (prayer) ceremony that is held daily on the banks of the River Ganges. Overnight at your hotel in Varanasi.
Day 10
day 10 VARANASI TO DELHI BY FLIGHT - DELHI DEPARTURE
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Varanasi airport to catch flight back to Delhi. At Delhi airport catch your connecting flight to your home country.
