• Obtaining the visa if required, ensuring the passport is valid for the duration required by the country(ies) being visited, any vaccination required will be the sole responsibility of the passengers, any flight(s) or holiday refused by the airlines or immigration officials due to lack of proper paperwork will not be considered for any refund
  
• In case certain sightseeing, excursion or activity is washed out due to weather or any other uncontrollable reasons, our liability will be limited to refund the cost of the said sightseeing, excursion or activity
