      • Travel insurance (Highly recommended), personal expenses (including but not limited to meals not specified, beverages, laundry, telephone calls, mini-bar, room service), gratuities, Visa fees, passport fees, vaccinations, medical requirements and any services not specifically listed under “Inclusions” are not included.

      • In the event that any sightseeing, excursion, activity, or transfer is cancelled, delayed, curtailed, or modified due to weather conditions, force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, operational issues, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the Company’s liability shall be limited to issue a note supporting a travel insurance claim, although we try and get a refund of the affected services but it may not always be recoverable. No consequential losses, including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, or missed services, shall be compensated. A document to support a claim with the travel insurance will be issued.
      • If any hotel, service or component listed in promotional material or confirmations becomes unavailable for any reason, the Company reserves the right to substitute it with a property or service of similar or higher standard.
